Ticket Purchases

All ticket sales are final. Tickets are sold through our ticketing platform, stageti.me. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following:

• No refunds or exchanges except for shows cancelled by the venue.
• If a show is cancelled, ticket holders will be contacted with refund or rescheduling information.
• The venue reserves the right to change performers, show times, or event details. In the event of a significant change, ticket holders will be notified.
• Tickets may not be resold above face value.

Venue Rules

• 21+ venue. Comedy Corner Underground is located inside Whitey's Old Town Saloon, a licensed bar. Valid government-issued ID is required for entry.
• Full bar service is available. Please drink responsibly.
• No photography or recording during performances unless expressly permitted by the performer and venue. Violators may be asked to leave.
• Be respectful to performers and other audience members. Heckling and disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
• We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any patron at our discretion for any reason, including intoxication, disruptive behavior, or violation of venue policies.

Intellectual Property

All performances, show recordings, photographs, and promotional materials created at or for Comedy Corner Underground are the property of the venue and/or the individual performers. Unauthorized recording, reproduction, or distribution of any performance content is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Comedy Corner Underground, its owners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use our services, website, or SMS system.
• Any injuries or property loss occurring at the venue.
• The content of any performance (comedy is subjective — you may hear things you disagree with).
• Failures or delays in SMS message delivery due to carrier issues or technical problems.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific ticket or service in question.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted to this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
